This privacy policy sets out how South West Psychotherapy uses and protects any information that you give “us” when you use this website.
“We” are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

We recognise that the information you provide may be sensitive and we will respect your confidentiality.
We keep information about you confidential. This means we store it securely and control who has access to it. We will not share any information where we are not legally required to do so.

Under GDPR regulations you have a right to access the information we have about you. We have an obligation to provide you this within 30 days. If you wish to see the data we hold about you, this can be done by contacting the Data controller via email. This gives a date and time stamp to ensure that our obligations to you are met professionally and efficiently.

At South West Psychotherapy the named data controller is Simon Hawkins. We are responsible for collecting and processing your personal information. Processing includes the organisation, retrieval, consultation, use and deletion or destruction of information and its disclosure to other agencies.


The information you provide will be processed mainly in connection with the administration of our services.
